The Matt
The Matt at Bayshore is different from your typical laundromat. It's an experience featuring murals by artist Nick Rapp. We offer both full-service and self-service textile laundry options.

The Bayshore Warehouse offers a wealth of options, with versatile 5,000 square feet of waterfront space in the vibrant Bayshore District. This facility is not just a coworking space; it also includes artist studios, galleries, creative areas, retail options, and showroom rentals, providing a wide range of options for you to choose from.
Studios range from 60 to 240 square feet, specifically designed to meet your needs and inspire creativity. Additionally, the Warehouse has 3,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor open space, ensuring that we can accommodate your group events, workshops, meetings, presentations, and more.
